The 7-Week Journey

Seven weeks. Six shifts. One blueprint.

The rhythm

Each week starts with a live group call. Together, we reflect on the previous week's module, explore what's emerging for you, and introduce the next stage of the journey.

You then take that work into your everyday life, supported by me and connected to others in the programme through our private Facebook group. The calls provide the direction; the week in between is where the work takes root.

Week 1 begins with an Introduction Call and Module 01. Over the following six weeks, you'll build your personal Blueprint piece by piece. In Week 7, you'll bring it back to the group in whatever form feels right and mark the beginning of your next chapter.
